Diving Experience

The Try Dive is a first diving experience designed for those who wish to discover what it feels like to breathe underwater for the first time, always accompanied by an instructor.

Before the dive, you will receive a brief explanation of how the equipment works, the sensations of diving, and basic safety rules. Next, you will perform a dive in the sea, in the waters of Tossa de Mar, to a maximum depth of 5 meters, in a calm and controlled environment. 

Throughout the activity, you will work with a 1:1 ratio (one instructor per participant), allowing for completely personalized attention adapted to each person's pace. 

No prior experience is necessary. 

Upon finishing, you can optionally obtain a recognition certification from Scuba Schools International (SSI).

• Required level: No prior certification
• Minimum age: 8 years

How the activity works 

Registration is not required beforehand to perform the activity. 

If you wish to receive the SSI recognition certification, you must download the Scuba Schools International (SSI) app and create your personal diver profile. Once registered, you will receive an SSI student number, which you can send to us so we can assign the experience on the platform.

This step is completely optional and only necessary for those who want to receive the digital recognition certification.

What the activity includes

• Theoretical introduction to diving
• One dive in the sea (up to 5m depth)

• Possibility of obtaining SSI Try Dive recognition certification (optional)
• Souvenir photographs of the activity (non-professional), subject to safety conditions and availability
