Scuba Skills Update

Scuba refresher
The Scuba Skills Update program is designed for certified divers who haven’t dived for a while and want to review their skills before getting back in the water.
During the session, the fundamentals of diving, equipment use, and key safety skills are reviewed, helping you regain confidence and comfort underwater.
The activity takes place in the sea, in a controlled environment in Tossa de Mar, accompanied at all times by an instructor.
It is a recommended activity for divers who have not dived for between 6 months and 1 year, or who wish to do a refresher before new dives.
The content can be adapted to the needs of the group, reinforcing the skills that each diver needs to work on.
- Required level: Referral Diver (theory and confined water part of the Open Water program completed)
- Minimum age: 10 years
How the activity works
Once the reservation is made, we will organize the refresher session and briefly review theoretical knowledge and equipment use before entering the water.
Afterwards, a refresher dive will take place in the sea, where the basic skills needed to regain confidence and comfort underwater will be practiced.
If your certification belongs to another organization, you can download the Scuba Schools International (SSI) app and create your profile as a diver to log the activity. This step is optional and is only necessary if you want the program to be recorded within the SSI system.
