I consent to being included in a WhatsApp group dedicated exclusively to information related to the scuba diving course that I will be attending.

Furthermore, due to the incorporation of new technologies into communications, publications, and commercial activities carried out by Erika Lopez SLU, there is a possibility that personal data and/or images provided to our company during the course of our relationship may appear in such media.

Since the right to one's own image is recognized under Article 18 of the Spanish Constitution and regulated by Organic Law 1/1982 of May 5th on the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and one's own image, as well as by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, Erika Lopez SLU requests your consent to publish images in which you may appear individually or as part of a group for commercial purposes.
